We can provide you with Quotes for non-medicinal health care products quickly and easily.

If you don’t have a trade account with GD Cooper, simply add products to your quote list and send us your request.

For bigger quote requests, download our Quotation form. Just add quantities for the products that you are interested in, complete your company details and return this to us at info@gdcooper.co.uk. You can browse our product range online to find out more about our products.

We will respond to your quote request by email within 2 working days.

How to order

Online Ordering

You can order online through our website. Our website shows live stock availability, current pricing and our latest offers.

We don’t take online payments for web orders: if you have a credit account, we will invoice you when your order is shipped. If you do not have a credit account, you can pay for your order by bank transfer. We will ship your order when we’ve confirmed your payment.

If you’re ordering from outside of the UK, your order will not include a quote for shipping. We will send you a proforma invoice including shipping fees along with details of how to pay.

Account Manager

Key account customers can contact our friendly and helpful sales team during office hours Monday to Friday.

They are able to provide one-to-one help and support to our larger customers.

Order Pad

If you’re placing an order with lots of product lines, you might find it quicker to use our quick ordering pad.

There are 3 easy steps:
1. Order: Just use this excel spreadsheet to find the products you need, type in the quantity and email it back to us — we’ll do the rest!

2. Quote: You’ll receive a Quote from us to confirm pricing, stock availability and shipping details.

3. Invoice: Once you accept your quote, we’ll send you a Proforma invoice and arrange for your order to be shipped as soon as we receive payment.

It’s quick and easy for UK Pharmacies to set up an account with Ionic Pharma. Once your account is set up, you will be able to order online, by telephone or email for next day delivery.

As we are regulated by the MHRA, we must carry out due diligence on all pharmacy customers as part of our commitment to Good Distribution Practice. We need to ask you additional questions as part of this process but we always aim to get your account up and running within one working day.

UK Wholesaler

It’s quick and easy for UK Wholesalers to set up an account with Ionic Pharma. Once your account is set up, we will allocate an Account Manager to talk to you about your needs.

Retail Customers

Retail customers can start their Trade Account Application here. For retail customers who would like to buy ‘over-the-counter’ medicines:

UK Retailers: if you are a UK retailer aiming to buy ‘over-the-counter’ medicines, you are permitted by the MHRA to stock selected lines providing you comply with certain conditions. When we receive your account application, we will need to ask you for evidence that you have a retail outlet and even where you store products. This is part of our commitment to the MHRA to ensure the ‘over-the-counter’ medicines are sold in accordance with Good Distribution Practice.
UK Online Sellers: if you are an online seller aiming to buy ‘over-the-counter’ medicines, we may ask you to provide information on your online channels. You are not currently required by the MHRA to apply for a Distance Selling Logo but this guidance may change in the future.
